I roasted mine, very similar in a 350 oven, seasoned and tented with foil, about 2 1/2 hrs. Uncover about 45 mins. before done to crisp skin. Test for doneness w/ thermometer.

Summary
Buy a natural 4-5 pound bone-in turkey breast.
Brine for 8-12 hours, then air-dry overnight in the refrigerator.
Apply your favorite rub inside and out (optional).
Smoke at 325-350°F until 160-165°F in the breast.
Cover loosely with foil and let rest for 30 minutes before carving.
Americans prefer white meat over dark meat when it comes to turkey, so a whole, bone-in turkey breast may be the right choice for your Thanksgiving table or for any other time of year.
A bone-in turkey breast consists of both breast portions, along with the skin, ribs, and part of the backbone, weighing 4-5 pounds and as large as 8 pounds. You will commonly find bone-in turkey breasts at the supermarket throughout the year, usually packaged as shown in the photo below.
A variation of bone-in turkey breast is called "hotel-style" turkey breast. In this version, the wings are left intact and the neck and giblets are usually included. It weighs 7-9 pounds and costs less per pound, but is harder to find in stores.
Here's how I brined and cooked two bone-in turkey breasts on October 24, 2004.

I am smoking a breast with bone in and it has reached 120 degrees in 90 minutes at about 200 degrees. So mine will take about 2 - 2 1/2 hours .
Remember if you use wood chunks for the smoke, its hotter for the first 30 minutes. ALWAYS use a meat thermometer and take it out after it reads 160 degrees thru the thick breast part .
Let the turkey sit at least 15 -20 minutes after cooking to continue the process and it will be perfect to cut then

In a covered roast pan with seasonings and we bit of water or broth, I would do it for 1 hour and 45 minutes, test it and then if it need more time, remember it will continue to cook for 20 minute out of the oven while it rests to redistribute the juices, and I would start it at 400 d F for 20 minute to brown, drop it to 350 for the remaining time of cooking 1 hour and 25 minutes, the covered pan seals in the juices and it will cook fast and moister.

i just cooked one a little larger than this yesterday for 2 hrs and 45 mins, yours is a little smaller so I'd say 2-2.5 hours. Mine turned out perfect.

SHOULD GIVE A GUIDE ON PACKAGE OR WRAPPER WITH TURKEY. USUALLY 15MIN FOR EVER 4LBS AT 350.
SINCE THE MEAT NEAR THE BONE HAS TO BE COOKED, I WOULD SAY ABOUT 20 MIN
OR COOK AT 225 FOR 1 HOUR.
