HElP URGENT e-mail issue about opening files and folder attachment.?

Question

Hi all recently i try to send video attachment files to my workplace computer system by e-mail address, but i cannot open the files when i click on it ,detail ( my workplace OS are windows 2000 )
while i send through e-mail by windows vista OS.
Don't mind are there anyone can give me advice.

Last question may i know how to make wallpaper slide show and then send through e-mail or other method to my workplace PC OS windows 2000, send from windows vista because i will like to share wallpaper with my colleague and my friends. Thanks to yahoo answer i will appreciate with bad answer or good answer from everyone answer & thankful and grateful.

All depends on how your tech service has the system setup. In our place of business, which is very large and which employs a tech company to program and maintain our computers, each employee has a login. We are also limited to whatever the boss determines. I am not high on the totem pole therefore do not have a company e-mail account.

However, I can go online, type www.yahoo.com in the address bar, and open e-mail from home or e-mail out -- using Yahoo.

I doubt Windows 2000 can open Vista mail.

I have XP with Office 2000 on my home desktop, and Vista with Office 2007 on my laptop. In an effort to learn, tried to open a 2007 document with 2000. Would not open it. I'm guessing that when you save a file in Vista, you Save AS and by clicking the down arrow next to "filetype," select a lesser version of Office or Windows.
