Hi! I have been interning for my boss for 3 months now and I want the job. I answer any questions the members of his site may have. How do I ask him for the job without sounding rude, impatient, or pissed-off? Thanks in advance! By the way, he has another intern who is doing the same thing as me, but he doesn't really do much.

Just ask. Tell him you are really interested in a full time job after your finish school, if they have any openings.

He might already be thinking in that direction. When I was hiring interns, I used it as a screening process for full time openings - the ones who did a really good job got offers when they finished school. When their internship was about over, I'd tell them to come back and see me when they were ready to graduate if they were interested in full-time employment with us.
