What is the name of the figure of speech were an insult is given in the form of a question ?

for instance : Why is Y such a hatefull X ?

Metaphor. Usually Y is a name and X is some kind of object or thing that isn't really a "human" description. Like you could say "Why is Jen such a cow." when really Jen isn't a cow but you're saying she has the characteristics of one.
