It means nothing in French. The correct expression is "quand-même" which usually translates as "all the same".

When in expression "ah, quand-même!" it means "ah, finally!"

In the sentence you wrote, it wouldn't make much sense though.

Unless you meant "mémé" instead of "même" (which shows the importance of accents when writing in French) which means "grandma". "Comme" means "like" as in comparing something. So it would mean "like grandma". Still doesn't mean much in context...
