I weight about 105 pounds.And about 5'3. I want to lose some weigh tand I really want to be skinny.Plus it is winter weather.

honey i am 5'3 and i weigh about 112 pounds and i have a flat belly since you weigh less than me i am assuming that you are in no way shape or form fat. you probably just need to tone up. try running if you have a tread mill or go to a gym in your area and run and lift weights, these are the two best things you can do because running helps you lose fat and weight lifting helps tone muscles. and eat healthy, this does not mean you have to deprive yourself from all bad food, if you do you will lose control and pig out(i have been there before) instead pick a day, saturday perhaps and have that be your "off" day either work out and eat sweets or dont workout but you still have to eat good. thats what i do and it works for me. and DO NOT drink pop!!! it is sooo bad for you, it will make you gain weight. stick to water. remember to eat lots of fruits and veggies!

things to snack on(after school, before you go to a friends house etc.)
- fruit
-veggies
i love bananas w/ peanut butter on them, it is a great source of protien
-pretzles
-goldfish etc.

the main part of any diet is controling your portions... when you eat goldfish grab a handful, not the whole bag(this was my biggest struggle) it will take a while to get in the gist but you can do it!!!!!

I am doing the same thing too
except im 100 pounds and i am trying to lose 5 or 10 pounds
what im doing is 200 jumping jacks
20 pushups
and 50 curlups
i also count my calories and have no more than 1200 a day
and i try eating healthy foods at least once a day

Well, I've lost 50 since May. What I did was figure out how many calories my body needs per day to survive. That's called a BMR. There are lots of BMR calculators online, just google "BMR calculator". In my case I needed 2200 calories a day, so what I did was I only ate 1800 calories a day. That means I ate 400 calories a day less that what my body needs. Well, your body will use up it's fat reserves to make up that difference. Evey 3500 calories less that you eat = 1pound of weight loss. You'll have to read the labels of the foods you eat so you can count your calories. Watch your portion size. This sounds like a diet...but it's not. It's just watching what you eat. Overeating is how we gain weight in the first place. I also walk 2 miles a day which helps me burn off an additional 200 calories. I hope this helps.

Low Carb diet and walking 5 miles a day 3 - 5 times per week. Depending on your age and metabolism you may lose the 15 lbs in 2 months. Be sure to take your vitamins.

lots and lots of water and cut the carbs. Don't even drink diet soda,,,,it really can inhibit a good weight loss. I just lost 52 pounds and there is a big difference when you replace that diet pop with water. It really works out all the toxins and extra junk in your body and the weight comes off so much faster...and don't forget to do some exercise, but not to extreme.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I hear that lemonade Beyonce diet is really good you can lose the weight within days/weeks. It's called the Master Lemonade Diet google it.

At your weight, there basically is no way. It is harder to lose weight the skinnier you are. Also, you DO NOT want to be really skinny. I'm 5 foot 80 lbs. which makes me in the 10th percentile. People who i thought were my friends will send me pictures of anorexic models to tease me.
