Yes, there are a lot of prophecies that have to do with their neighbors and other countries and the whole world. Look in the book of Isaiah or Amos for instance.

Amos 1:3 Thus says the LORD: "For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because they have threshed Gilead with threshing sledges of iron.

Amos 1:6 Thus says the LORD: "For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because they carried into exile a whole people to deliver them up to Edom.

Amos 1:9 Thus says the LORD: "For three transgressions of Tyre, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because they delivered up a whole people to Edom, and did not remember the covenant of brotherhood.

Amos 1:11 Thus says the LORD: "For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because he pursued his brother with the sword and cast off all pity, and his anger tore perpetually, and he kept his wrath forever.

Amos 2:1 Thus says the LORD: "For three transgressions of Moab, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because he burned to lime the bones of the king of Edom.

Isaiah 24:1 Behold, the LORD will empty the earth and make it desolate, and he will twist its surface and scatter its inhabitants.

Isaiah 24:21 On that day the LORD will punish the host of heaven, in heaven, and the kings of the earth, on the earth. 22 They will be gathered together as prisoners in a pit; they will be shut up in a prison, and after many days they will be punished.

Amo 3:2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

Amo 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

Read Isa 24:1-6 & Zec 14:12. There are many more but that will give you an idea that you need to join yourself to a certian family, and I'll let you in on a secret, it's not the Jews no "J' in the Hebrew alphabet (Yahdaim).

Exd 12:48 And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to Yahweh, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; AND HE SHALL BE AS ONE THAT IS BORN IN THE LAND: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.

Exd 12:49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.

It depends on how you define "anything to do with" them. There are many prophesies that pertain to Gentile nations, but these prophesies indirectly affect the Jews and/or Israel.

Here's an example:

Jeremiah 49:38 I will set My throne in Elam,
And will destroy from there the king and the princes,’ says the LORD. 39 ‘ But it shall come to pass in the latter days:
I will bring back the captives of Elam,’ says the LORD.”

It is well known that "Elam" pertains to the nation we now call Iran. For the first time in thousands of years, Iran's monarchy was eliminated during the Islamic Revolution. At that time, a religious-based government was seated. As a result, millions of Iranians who were faithful to the monarchy fled for their lives, ending up living all over the world. Today, their children are being "regathered" to that country, since may of them (but not all) support radical Islam.

This regathering is in preparation for judgement of the Iranian people. See Ezekiel 38 and 39 for the fulfillment of that judgement -- Iran/Elam is referred to as "Persia."

As I explained above, this indirectly affects both the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. Notice that God states that this regathering of the Iranian people will happen in the "latter days," i.e. the end times.

That is almost like asking if there is anything in the usual western marriage vows to to do with keeping a promise to a spouse. http://www.lamblion.com/articles/prophecy/Jews-Israel/Jews-01.php

Yes, and abundantly so, as outside His most supreme revelation in the person of Christ, who took upon a Jewish body and came first to offer salvation to Israel, God mainly revealed Himself through His interactions with Israel, beginning with Abraham in the first book, who is the father of the Jews, and the spiritual father in the faith of true Christians. And it is God's covenant with Abraham and His decedents that is a thread that goes throughout Bible history.

But sadly, relatively few truly have followed in the faith of Abraham, and Israel suffered much for their idolatry and hard hearted unbelief and presently still do, yet i believe the Bible foretells of yet greater travail and conversion of a all the remnant that remain: http://peacebyjesus.witnesstoday.org/israel-chosenorforgotten.html

May we all be part of the remnant who believe to the saving of the soul, by God's grace and to His glory.
