I don't know about that and I am not interested but I was wondering why slick and trotsky have such suspicious and racist minds.

Turks eat all kinds of meat. How many Turks did you meet to have such a conclusion? I don't agree with the people who say Turks don't eat that Turks eat this. In Germany there are restaurant which put pork in the kebabs. Turks don't have sharp rules. They are open and curious. Normally they go with the flow. i haven't even eaten snails or frogs yet and some friends have already tasted and teasing with me.
As for the Kebab, i think it wouldn't be tasty with pork because pork is very oily.
I think i prefer it with lamb. In Bodrum i love vegetable kebab.

If you mean Donner meat I think they used to use Armenians but then changed the ingredients once they applied for entry into Europe. I found that the kebabs have improved alot since and I am sure they now use lamb shoulder mixed with a number of herbs.
I am no expert on kebabs but when I ask for a Chicken or lamb kebab I rarely need to ask what kind of meat is inside it. but I suppose it just isn't that obvious to all of us eh ?

Ahhh, I'm late. Ãetin already protested YA for double standards in Travel/Türkiye section. :)
As a matter of fact, we DO make turkey meat barbecue. I mean, there isn't any law against turkey meat. Pork is another matter, because it is not used widely.
What the heck, you can try for yourself!
