If you were the owner of a trucking company, would you hire someone with eight points?
I suggest you find other work, and wait a while until the points come off.

Generally you need a clean, or real close to clean, driving record. If they hire someone with a bad driving record and there is some kind of accident, the company's liability could skyrocket.
I doubt that anyone would hire you with that many points to drive a truck - you've got to be right on the edge of having your license suspended.

I don't think it is possible. You are putting the employer in high risk by having you drive their trucks. It's like an alcoholic wants to work at a bar. Are you going to hire the person? I don't think so. You should find a job that doesn't involve driving vehicles.
