I usually eat the cold turkey with a little bit of salt and the rest I just eat for lunches. Is there anything special you make out of them?

We had an early T-day. So far I've made turkey stock, turkey soup, creamed turkey on toast, and a turkey pot pie. Any leftover meat and stock is now frozen for the future.

Turkey, dressing, cranberry sandwiches. Very good.

Another good suggestion is cut up turkey, mayo, onion if you wish, celery if you wish. Mix all together for a salad in a tomato or make a sandwich out of it.

We had gobs left over. I slice and freeze in individual packages to use at a later date.

I just had thanksgiving dinner all over again for lunch. Nuke it in the microwave and my plate is empty now in front of me. Looks like it will be dinner tonight as well, but I have no complaints.

there are a variety of ways to do up left overs... but if you are in need to get rid of stuff don't throw it away. Take a plate to a neighbor, take a plate to your local food bank, take a dish to the guy running the 24 hour corner store.
