CLICKING AND DRAGGING DOES NOT WORK!! I tried it several times and it does not work. It IS set to unlocked, so that's not the problem. It allows me to click and drag but only to one side (which is the right side of it) to make it larger. What do I have to do to get it back to where it was? My dad screwed it up, not me. And it's annoying the hell out of me! I want it back to the bottom of my screen like it normaly was.

Thanks to those who answered, but your solutions still did not work haha. But it's ok cuz I finally figured it out. I went to a site that had a code I downloaded to set the taskbar back to normal, which worked immediatly. But yeah, thanks anyway :)

What the people above said, and also make sure you're not clicking down on any icons in the taskbar. Try clicking in the empty space around your clock and dragging to the bottom of your screen.

Right click the task bar and unlock it. Now put your curser in the task bar, hold the left mouse button down and drag the task bar to any edge of the screen that you want. When done, right click again and lock the bar.
