i had applied for student visa extension but home office refused because it was one day late.now i have sent representation and waiting for result. Could any body advice me on the chance of positive result or what step i can take to make my case strong.

Have you tried talking to your student welfare department? Maybe a letter of support from your college would help.

Sounds probable. the perception of a pupil visa is that he's meant to be interpreting (which he's not doing) and they are oftentimes purely allowed to artwork 20 hours per week (and he's doing finished time) that can certainly be checked on the college (attendance files). An extension of a pupil visa could recommend that he's contiuning his study. by using his modern status he must have utilized for a artwork visa.

The Home Office answer was an excuse you arent good enough.They see you as a scrounger we have too many of them goodbye

have you any idea how much it costs in admin fee's every time you people over stay with out going through the process properly??? we are all sic of you draining our resources. go home. come back when you grow up and are prepared to take responsibility.
