Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal is the only version of Ratchet & Clank 3. The newest Ratchet & Clank, subtitled Tools of Destruction, is only for PS3. Since the PS2 is being phased out, there may not be another one for the PS2. Sorry.

That can be a bit confusing, Up Your Arsenal is the same game as R&C3, it's just the American name for it. Europeans got the version just called Ratchet and Clank 3

Well the 1st one is Ratchet & Clank.
The 2nd one is Ratchet & Clank:Going Commando
The 3rd one is Ratchet & Clank:Up Your Arsenal
And the newest one is Ratchet & Clank:Deadlocked which was released in 2005
I havent heard any info on a new installment for PS2 but Ratchet & Clank:Future Tools Destruction just came out for the PS3.
