Toasted bread, mayo, turkey, a little stuffing, cranberry sauce.
Yum!
My favorite after the day is actually a turkey sundae, who needs the bread? A scoop of mashed potatoes next to a scoop of stuffing, turkey on top, gravey over that and a blob of cranberry sauce. YUM!
Damn, now I'm hungry and the feast was at my brothers last night ...no care package came home because the step kids and grandkid coming today...
Anybody have some leftovers to share? I'm in Central California...

To make a good sandwich use mayo kraft and mustard. Sliced bread of your choice. get some crispy lettuce. Iceburg. Fresh tomatoes as well. I usualy leave a little lettuce on the side without the dressing for the sandwiches. . You can go to a park or something.
Have a nice day. Take some ships for the kids.
And water.

Get some thick crusty bread and toast it. Mix mayonnaise and cajun allspice in a small bowl to make cajun-flavored mayo. Spread this on the bread. Melt some gruyere cheese on top of the turkey in a separate plate, then put it on the bread. Throw some lettuce on top (or even relish - balances out the mayo well). Trust me - you'll love this sandwich.

Three slices of bread.
Make a really thick gravy with 3 tbsps of gravy granules and 2 tbsps hot water.
Spread this on both sides of one of the slices of bread and make sure you really soak it. Place this on a plate.
On the other two slices of bread, start your sandwish as normal with cranberry sauce, spoonfuls of stuffing and slices of turkey.
On top of this, place the gravy soaked slice.
Then, do the same again in reverse (turkey slices on the gravy bread, then spoonfuls of stuffing.
On the last slice, spread a teeny bit of mayo.
There you have a turkey double decker.
One of my personal favourite post-Christmas sandwiches.
Mmmm....

This one sounds a little weird but its good! Get 2 pieces of white bread spread cream cheese on each side then put your turkey on 1 pieces, a slice of jelled cranberry sauce and some romaine lettuce. It's sooo good it's my fav, plus its really good for you since your cutting out the mayo!

One of my favorites is what is often called around here, "Turkey Gobbler". You take some sliced white meat( dark if you prefer) a layer of sliced cranberry sauce, and a layer of stuffing. The combination is quite good!.
