Check your body language.
You might be giving off vibes that you don't want to be bothered with them.
If you find that all is well in that department, then just hang in there. When the right guy comes along, it will happen naturally.

When guys look at you, just look at them and smile at them. That's a good sign that you're interested. If a guy doesn't want to make the first move, then keep looking at him. Smiling is the key. But be sensible of course. A lot of guys are just a little shy and need a little confirmation.

yeah you have to know how to be approachable. If you're really cute and pretty then that may intimidate some guys and others may just think that they are wasting they're time so they won't try. It's up to you to give them a sign of some sort by a smile or just saying hello or something like that.

The Simple fear of being rejected. Guys are just as afraid to ask girls out as girls are to guys. Lets face it no-one likes to be rejected, even the toughest guy will bum out over it. You never know if the person likes you or not. Asking someone out is a risk that we all have to take.

What body language are you sending back to them when they look at you? Are you smiling and making eye contact? Have you thought of being bold and approaching them yourself?

do you show the signs you are interested in them? Do you act as if you have a boyfriend? They may be interested but are getting mixed signals

Guys don't ask you out because they are too busy playing Halo 3.
