Please take approximately 10 minutes to watch this video.

I know that there are a lot of issues associated with the video. HOWEVER, what I am looking for is:
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, please rate the sincerity of the driver.
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, please reate the sincerity of the law enforcement officer.

driver 5-officer 5. i think both are in the wrong in some way.the driver should have listen and did what he was told, and then fought it in court.the officer should not have been so quick to pull a taser out.he didnt get the words out of his mouth the first time he told him to turn around.he should have answered the drivers questons.

I've seen this before, and answered a question about it. Yes, the police officer should have physically restrained him, but not with a tazer. He should have just pushed him against the car. He didn't need to tazer the victim. The victim wasn't raising his voice, wasn't running away, he just made the wrong move turning his back a little and not putting his hands on the car.

Remember he had his wife and child in the car. He was clean cut, and in a nice vehicle. He didn't look like Dog Bounty Hunter on a alcohol binge. And who cares even if he did, he is still a human being that deserves more respect than this.

I think the officer should be fired. He has proven that he is to willing to use extreme violence in common traffic ticket situations. When he took the man off camera, I was actually afraid he was going to shoot him.

The driver gets a 2, he was only sincere in his attempt to elude the Officer.
The UHP Officer gets a 10.
