just following my docs advise. usually a few beers and i am good to go. my doc says that i should change up from miller lites to crown royal and coke(just not into coke).

Beer will not hydrate you.Just the opposite. Alcohol is a diuretic. Haven't you noticed that you're just a middleman between the glass and the urinal?
