Oh, for heaven's sake.
First, the USPS is no longer a government entity.
Second, please re-read the first amendment to the Constitution. The pertinent statement is: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ..."
Third, there have been religious images on stamps for quite a long time (note the madonna and child on Christmas season stamps). Somebody somewhere is likely offended by that, but it's not an official state endorsement of a particular religion.

No, because there is nothing in the Constitution that says anything about "separating Church and State" - and putting something on a stamp that is religious does not have anything to do with the "Establishment Clause".
I buy the Christ-Mass stamps with the Virgin Mary and Jesus on them every year. That does not mean that the government has made my religion the "official one".

The USPS honors most religion.Its a private company
protected by the federal govt.
They have Christmas,Hannakah,Eid,Diwali,Quanza, and many more.

the post office isn't a public organization. it's not part of the government. if it was it would have a .gov site not a .com one. there have been hundreds of Christian stamps, it's about time they did something else.
