all of those meals are comparable, however the meal with the whole wheat toast would be last on my list. for the last meal of the day I would be consuming vegetables that are low carbohydrate and that would not include yams or corn. corn is pretty much worthless as a grain, it's very high in sugar and Vitamin K that's about it so watch the serving sizes of that.

I would recommend more leafy green vegetables in your diet like spinach, collard greens, etc. and more color like red, yellow bell peppers, etc.

Depends what you are doing.

If you're working out to increase muscle mass I'd say the one with 5 egg whites is best.

In terms of fat content the turkey, corn, beets and sweet potato is the lowest.

Based on what you had for breakfast, I personally would go for the Turkey meal, It's less fatty, plenty of protein in the turkey and vitamins in the veg.

try this a meat or fish then a starch then one or 2 veges that should be ok. And when I say veges dont pair a corn with potato it is a double starch. So try like carrots and green beans with potato and then steak chicken or fish. Something like that should be good.

I think the second would be good although the vegertables/potaters you are eating have a good bit of sugar in them. Do you have any salad lying around?
