I just put a used motor in my truck

no you don't have to have it balanced all you done was replaced the engine,you may have to change the sensor but you don't have to balance the flywheel,those engines are pre balanced internally,good luck.

No.Why would you? If it's the same size motor you took out, It should all fit and every thing should work OK. The cam sensor doesn't work off the fly wheel (torque plate) any ways. The crank sensor dose.

no you wouldn't because that will not effect the cam sensor. what you might need to do is go get your computer chip in the truck re calibrated to accommodate the new cam that you put in it because it is a different cam then the original one that came with it. if you don't it might effect the horsepower produced and the all around torque.
