dwarf hamsters are the only hamsters that can be caged together, ovbiously syrains can't because they will fight to the death. however, just because dwarfs can be caged together, doesn't mean that they will always gets along

the fighting is pretty normal for the hamsters, like humans, siblings or friends will fight from time to time, and mostly when they squeak, they are communicating, the fighting is probably just play fighting, it may happen often or not very often, it depends on the hamsters, if you want to try and re-inrtoduce your hamsters so maybe they will not fight as often, i found a helpful website on introducing 2 dwarfs to eachother:

HOWEVER, if you see that the hamsters are actually fighting, like blood is present, bruising, fur ripped out, or limping, they should be IMMEDIATLY seperated, if this happens once, there is no going back, and they will fight until one of them dies, if they do actually fight like this, you need to get a new cage, take one out and put it in its ball, ask someone to watch the hamster for awhile while you go to the store and purchase another cage

Squeaking is normal communication between hamsters. If they are fighting, they are, afterall, sisters. It's normal for human sisters to fight, and this may be the hamsters way of just messing with eachother. As they are girls, this shouldn't have to do with territorial issues or dominace. I would say that the behavior is strictly sisterly and normal, but if they start to attack eachother, give them different cages and seperate excercise. Put the seperate cages facing eachother so that they can see eachother and react but not fight. Later, you could try putting them together again. Also, this might be a cry for attention. They could be fighting and squeaking for your attention. If you spend time with them together, they will be not only socializing, but spending time with the person they love, too. Good luck!
