If it is REALLY funny, maybe 2–3 times. However, it's never the same after you know the outcome. It's fun to re-experience the laughter when telling it to others hearing it for the first time.

If it's a very, very funny joke, it takes a long time for me to get tired of it. However, most jokes I hear aren't that funny, and I get tired of them after one time.

not just frequency but time elapsed between jokes. It takes me about six months to forget about the old joke and find it funny again.

I once had a car toad.
It was a buffo.
and
it still makes me laugh 20 years later.
That stupid huge toad lived under my froggy green gremlin and would hop out and startle me every morning before I went to work.
Whenever I hear someone say they had a car towed... well I still laugh until tears come to my eyes.

It depends on how funny it is. If it's really funny, then I can hear it a million times. If it isn't then never.

If it's funny, I'll laugh every time. Old Dick Van Dyke reruns still crack me up and I've seen them all about a billion times. Dick Van Dyke was one of the all time great comedic actors.
