Once in a while I get this weird sensation in my back near my left shoulder. It's like a burning/stinging/tingling sensation. What is it? It's becoming more frequent. What do I do about it?

Burning, stinging, tingling is called neuropathic pain! It is where the nerves 'misfire' and usually due to bad posture or bad postural habits. Therefore find a Pilate's Class and start learning how to stand, sit, walk, breath properly. Good Luck

Now, I am by no means a medical professional, but I have suffered from a bad back for over 16 yrs, and when mine does this I know it is time to get adjusted by a chiropractor. Your ribs, shoulder or spine may be out of place. It burns, aches, stings and tingles like it is numb.

I suggest consulting with a chiropractor. I work for a chiro and have the same exact problem and he adjust me and gives me stretches to do and I am fine.. Nothing to be alarmed about and I know it's a pain in the rear but trust me the chiro knows best.. Good Luck!!!

You could have an arterial obstruction. I suffered this for some time, did not do anything about it and suffered two series of 20-30 heart attacks!

It is EASILY fixed, if caught in time!

Talk to your GP!

itd help to know how old you were. it can be any number of things from cancer to stress to teething to wisdom teeth to a withdrawl symptons. theirs a list find out what fits you best. tho dont chew on metal i dont know what it is but it can rlllllllly screw your teeth up. chew on carrots and such. and you mite wanna check with your dentist cause (this is what i think) your grinding your teeth at night. like as you sleep you just grind your teeth together which is not good and you mite have to get a mouth guard if thats what it is but definitely schedule and appointment with the dentist
