i want to get some doe urine but not sure what to use ... any help ....and also are the bucks still in rut ... thank's for your help

Tink's 69 is probably the most recognized name in "doe in heat" scents. There are several companies that sell it now. There are natural and synthetic scents out there. Whatever you decide to buy, keep it refrigerated till you use it. Urine breaks down after a while and you'll get an ammonia smell. As for the rut, if it's a normal year in Pa. you are just past the peak of the rut but the bucks will be still looking for ready does. Any does that weren't bred will come back into heat about 30 days after their first cycle. The major reason PA. instituted the early muzzle loader season for does was the does would be taken out of the herd before breeding season so so the bucks wouldn't waste energy breeding does that would be shot later. I don't agree with all of Gary Alt's ideas on deer management in Pa. but he helped the deer herd out before he left and he always did a great job on the bear management. Good luck with your hunting.

I also live in PA and I am in the woods about 4 days a week, the rut is over you might have some stragglers chasing does still but it is finishing. The Doe urine you buy at a store is junk, find yourself a deer farm and buy some good fresh urine. The stuff at the store is brown if you buy good urine it is still yellow and you will see a huge difference. Good luck on Monday.

Never trusted anything but Tink's 69 that stuff really works. Rut should still be in up there.

The rut should be begining in your area now. Look at Harmon Scents. They have a variety to cover all situations. You can go to www.nealsoutdoors.com and click on Harmon Scents. Lots of information on each product there.
You will need doe estrus right now.

i dont what state your in so i cant answer if they are still in rut,as far as doe urine Tink's #69 works pretty well
