I have many influences.

On my mothers side Catholic on fathers side Jewish. I also spent 2 years in India on and off and a lot of time in SE Asia....California too.

I'm not too keen on Yahweh as he seems like a warmonger to me. But even in the Hindu Mahabharata and Ramayana there is a big war. I have also had many Moslem friends. Male .....and Female.

I took what I believe from many sources and decided that I am my own one man religion.

I'm not asking anyone to join though.

People should research all religions and philosophies and decide for themselves.
The basic teaching are all good and not dissimilar

We believe that a true religion is not a benifit coz many religions used the name of God in their own benifits Isa 56:11,greedy dogs or pastors who invented their rules yet their using the bible to diguise.True religion like what is written James 1:17 practce holiness and charity,if you see people who are doing their best to follow Christ's commandment like in 1Tim 2:9 which most of the pretending christians dont practice.Sola scriptura

Jesus said in the New Testament "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This is the most important commandment. Love your neighbor as yourself, this is the second most important commandment."

The way I see it, if you truly do these two things, then it will be easier for you to do the others.

These aren't beliefs, they are ways to behave.

The two most important, outlined by the founder, are to love God, and love your neighbour. Actually you can't do the first without doing the second.

Lots of people try to do the second without doing the first.

Jesus told Nicodemus best:

Love the Lord your God with all your heart.
Love your neighbor as yourself.

All His commands fall under these, including the ones you cited. If I love the Lord with all my heart (mind, will and emotions) I will do His commands and what He tells me. If I love my neighbor, I will feed the poor and treat people well.
