As for a proposal, well there must be something she really likes (music, sport, art. a favorite place etc.) and you can start from that. But for sure avoid noisy and crowded places like a cheap restaurant. A more intimate place would be better and remember that girls want that moment to be "picture perfect" so ask advise from as many lady friends or family of about her same age as possible.

Well....You need something she will never ever forget but nothing too embarrassing.
Take her to a place that is nice like ... take her away somewhere and when you go out somewhere nice propose to her.e.g. On a beach or beside a lake
Or ...
To make it special propose at christmas or on new years eve under the fireworks...
But what ever you do make sure the time is right if it is outside make sure she can hear you and make sure she isnt too cold you dont want her to have any bad memorys.

I'd just read some websites and look for some ideas and then come up with something creative. I actually proposed to my bf, we went to a theme park for a firework display and I proposed during that, he loved it. I was proposed to by my ex at York Minster on New years eve, was just a really traditional proposal, but was snowing etc and really romantic. Just choose the right time, don't rush it and make it special, somewhere she'll always remember, and somewhere you can go back to, some kind of landmark etc.

Wow i'm sure i could give you a ton.
Go to the place you had your first date or the place you first kissed and be a gentleman and get down on one knee say your little speel and away you go.
Do the tv thing and put it in a desert or a fortune cookie
Take her on a late night picknick under the stars and while you're laying together on a blanket looking up at the stars turn and look at her and just ask her.
You'll know what feels right in your heart.

Go to the local college and pay a member of the school orchestra $50 to stop you two in the street on a pre-arranged "surprise" meet and start playing romantic music in front of everyone.
Propose to her on the spot.
Make it a nice, public place.

First, I would lose the hair and hat. Otherwise she won't take you seriously. Next, don't do it around a whole lot of people unless you are absolutely sure of an answer. Otherwise, both of you will end up in a very awkward position.

i have no idea but if i am someone's gf i don't care how he propose me as long as he is sincere. Only you know your gf better and if she really loves you , whatever you do will make her happy

ok... you have to take her in a romantic date... than.. ofcouse don't let her notice that you will propose.... talk to her like you usually do... then when the food is srved propose... but in a really romantic way

ok.. first of all go to a romantic restaurant... then arrange with the manager if possible to sing to her. then choose Kc &Jojo song- All My Life... trust me She'll melt like chocolate.
