I live in PA and was "pulled over" the other night for being clocked at doing 56 in a 25. I know I wasn't speeding I drive down the road everyday and I know were the cops sit, but they insisted that I was speeding. The funny thing is I was supposedly doing twice the speed limit but they didn't give me any points, number one. And number two the cop that gave me the ticket wasn't the cop that clocked me. I was corralled, like cattle, into a parking lot with several other cars, while more cars went speeding by. I want to know if I request a hearing to challenge the ticket will I have to pay court costs and legal fees, which I know cost and arm and a leg, or would I be better off just paying the ticket regardless of whether or not I know it's bogus?
