It depends how old she is. If she is under age then she needs permission, otherwise no.

Not at all!! She should NOT seek permission or acceptance from anyone except herself - Making a decision to terminate a pregnancy is probably the most difficult choice a woman can make and should think long and hard about it. I would certainly not "ask" anyone if I could have an abortion - it's her body, baby and mind!!! Talk things through with the your Doctor and with your family if you are comfortable with that but I would absolutely not ask permission from anybody!!

Doesn't matter. The Dad is marrying her, obviously. The kid will be born with seven toes, and down syndrome, but 'at least nobody's killing a fetus.' Hilarious.
