The stronger you are spiritually, the better your next life will be, no matter the circumstances you find yourself in. You will have the right body for your spiritual and human needs, based on what you have already developed in this life. You need to focus on getting as strong spiritually as you can in this life. Meditation/prayer, mind-body exercise, eating healthy, not overindulging, and working hard at dealing with the problems of life, your and the world's, will help you get stronger spiritually. The stronger you get spiritually the more you will dominate the spiritual realm, when you connect with it in your dreams at night.
