On an individual basis this question is just a matter of opinion. I decided to look around and see what most men voted. It appears from surveys that most men prefer light colored hair.

Another way to answer this is that in surveys most men don't really regard hair color as a major deal. Chances are pretty good that your natural color will work best with your own skin tone. If you color your hair at all, it should probably be something very close to your own hair color to work best.

If you really want to go with something different, dark brown hair is probably the safest color to go with. It works with most skin tones. This is assuming you don't already have dark brown hair.

Last, my own opinion. I don't really care that much about hair color. When I was a lot younger, I used to prefer blondes but lately have found brunettes to be better. What I've found is that while blondes have nice looks, brunettes seem to know how to be sexy. Once I started paying closer attention to brunettes I realized that I was actually MORE attracted to them then blondes. Unbeknown to even myself, I liked blonde hair purely as a novelty, but blondes don't really turn me on the way a brunette will. That's the honest truth but not without exceptions obviously. Many of my female friends insist that I prefer blondes even when I tell them it's not true. It seems that a lot of my female friends think they know more about my taste than I do. I think that all those pinheaded prissy poptarts like Britney Spears and all those self absorbed peroxy blondes with fake boobs, turned me off on the look.

Over all, I would pick dark brown as your all around best hair color.

personally im blonde but not my favorite... yea strawberry blonde is good, i love cheasnut brown color it's soo pretty, brown isnt my favorites because it looks alittle to plain so i would do like a dark or normal brown and get some red highlights in them they dont appear so bold if you use them on a dark color or with blonde if you want that extra pop i would go with gadually going down the hair with black it looks awesome!! and wont make you look like a skunk lol any ways hoped it helped best luck!!

Well first it has to look good on that person, so it can vary. But in general, i prefer bold colors and color combinations. My favorite is platinum blonde. Add anyhighlight that is an unusual color (like pink or purple) and i am in.

well i think it depends on how your skin tone is but for mee i say strawberry blond for a medium tan....um. red for a light tan....and black and brown for a darker tan....then if your anything else you can die it watever color yu feel lik
