Er, hello! You can go out and get busy with things that you enjoy, and if he is worth being with, then it is HIM who will then have to find the time for you.
Be stronger and have more confidence in yourself.

The best thing to do is get busy doing things you like as well. Men like space and women who are busy with their own lives. Always dress nice and look nine, and when he calls you sometimes, tell him that your busy and can't talk. Don't call him, that always get their attention, especially if their use to you calling them. Also taking trips with friends gets their attention.

Ask him if there is anything that you could help him with to get his work done sooner, or if there is something that you could do together, so it would get the work done sooner, plus spend time with them. If these don't work, then you are going to have to get busy and keep your self busy so the time goes by and you don't miss him that much.

Busy guys are easy to handle as their mind is in only one direction.
Make your company so enjoyable for him that he hovers around you.This can be done by dressing properly and by having good vocabulary
