Well to compete with a digital camera... you'll either have to buy him something expensive... or--and this is my real answer--take him on the most exciting adventure you can think of.

Doing whatever... paint balling, video gaming, laser tagging, sky diving (requires certification), go kart racing, kite flying, wave surfing, etc.

Something fun. Gifts, literally, don't have to come in boxes. The best day ever will do just fine.

Depends on your cash flow...but maybe a weekend away somewhere exciting & fun...
eg. closest City if you live in the suburbs/country
Country/forest if you live in the city
Skydiving
Hot air ballooning
Skydiving FROM a hot air balloon?? lol
Even if you're living in a city...a swanky/classy hotel room for the night with a CRAZY night out??
ok...I'm all outta ideas! :-P
Good luck...I'm sure he'll LOVE whatever you plan! :-)

PS. I love the pictures WITH the dig camera idea another girl had.
Though, seeing as you've only been together a few weeks, keep them 'naughty' but 'nice' & leave a bit to the imagination! ;-)

First of all, you should know what your guy is into. This will definitely help you pick a gift for him. For example, is he into badminton? You could get him a racket or something. If not, I guess you should buy him a "neutral" gift. By this, I mean something general that most guys would love. Second, you should select a price range.

By him an original painting. Something really mad. Go to your local art college or artists' collective rather than a gallery, it'll work out cheaper.

I would go with the mp3 payer but if you want to make it more personal then try uploading a bunch of songs onto it that he will like.
