i'll go by your rules for the sake of answering your question, even though i definitely believe differently. it kind of seems like by your own standards, you shouldn't exist by now, since we cease to exist upon realizing that there's no reason for us to exist, and you've already realized this. but anyway, here goes nothin'...
we will have accomplished more earthly devestation than any other species that ever inhabited this planet. not only that, but we will also have basically ruined the habitats of a great number of all the species that are living right now, as well as those who will live after us. we will have lived and died for no reason other than to destroy. that's it. that's all.

there's not a dadburned thing on this planet that will survive us for very long.....in fact, it won't take long for all traces of humanity to be erased from the planet.... the only possible discovery for other beings to find and know that humans ever did exist will be the rover on the moon, as there's nothing up there to destroy it unless it's crushed by an asteroid hit....
look how nearly lost the civilizations of Central America became in only a few hundred years' time in the jungle.... great pyramids of stone, covered by greenery.... we have no great 'marker' that says 'we were here'.... even the great pyramids will one day be sand again.... and Lady Gaia will be whole and perfect once more.....

People who have trusted in Jesus for their salvation and who spread the good news or "gospel" message will have worked with God to make an eternal difference in the lives of those who turn from their sins and also trust in Jesus for their salvation.
1 Corinthians 3:11 For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw-- 13 each one's work will become manifest, for the Day (of judgment) will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done.
14 If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. 15 If anyone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
2 Corinthians 5:20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Unless we have accomplished our individual purpose in Christ, we have accomplished nothing.
