There are many kamara s which cost nearly Rs.10 only... They can be got outside marriage halls in TN, with the person who sells balloons.... I guess that s the cheap and best kamaraaa available.... !!! (Enough to take an uglee pic of ur head(thala))... :-)

The best camera is not cheap. A good, cheap camera is one of those disposable Kodak cameras you can buy just about anywhere.

My Samsung Digimax D53 was some what less expensive and i use it all the time, it works great for everything i use it for.
