hm...i dunno...i just know that if a girl agrees that a girl actor is hot, it's ok, but the guys that i know don't agree when i say another guy's hot
it depends on the tone when he agrees, too. then you can tell if he's joking or what.

I would strongly suggest that your guy in question is gay. No man would say another man is hot. He might say is a good looking guy or someone who can get the girls. Never will a hetero man say another guy is hot.
