You don't say what country you are in as the immigration process can be easier from some countries and more difficult from countries where there is a high rate if immigration fraud. Moving to Alaska is the same as moving to any other state in the USA.
To get an employment visa you need to find a US employer first who will sponsor your application. Effectively you would need to be an expert in your field to stand a chance.
If you have $1 000 000 to invest you can get an Entrepreneurial Visa if you set up a business employing USCs or permanent residents.
Other than that you don't stand much chance unless you have close family already in America who are willing to sponsor you.
