The bible describes paradise as the Earth after Armaggedon and it is populated with people who never die or cry and are loyal to god. It also goes on to say there will be 144,000 humans who were VERY good that will be chosen to become angels and look out for people on Earth to make sure we don't die and help god and the other angels better understand humans. Other than that, it doesn't say much.
Coffee makes a good point. Different branches Christianity have different beliefs and different religions of sourse too. I'm just repeating what the bible says.

The concept of a rewarding afterlife is separate from the word Paradise, which is a good example of how the word itelself frames a larger concept. Most religions view an afterlife as a place of unity and oneness, where all is satisfied fully, outside of time.

According to the Catholics/Christians, paradise would be dying and going to heaven to forever be with God.
Although to me, paradise would simply be spending time with your loved ones. I'd rather have the love of a boyfriend, etc that truly loves me, than love from God whom I don't know exists or not.

And now for something different...
The Bible says that paradise is on Earth, and we will live forever.
There is a learned interpretation that suggests that we (mankind) will live forever, on Earth, if we're good, but the individual people will die when the die, and not come back.

Rev.2:7;
The paradise of God is very nice, we can eat from the tree of life.
Luke 23:43;
Paradise is a promise Jesus gave, before he was placed in a cave.
Acts 2:27-35;
In three days Jesus was raised alive, many saw him with their eyes.
Rev.22:14;
So commandments kept & done, the tree of life sounds like fun.
