A 16-year-old boy was driving a moped down a one-way street in the wrong direction. A policeman stopped him and gave him a ticket. The policeman paid the ticket himself. What is a logical explanation for this?

I can't say why he drove down the one way street in the wrong direction, but the ticket may have been a confirmation ticket of some sort of order. The moped guy was the delivery man and the police showed him the ticket and paid for whatever amount was on it.

The police paid the ticket cuz he broke the law and went the wrong direction while chasing the kid.. plus the kid probably didnt have a license either.. right?

After the cop wrote the ticket, the boy told him that he knows he has been shagging his mom and that he will tell his dad (who happens to work for the IAB or IBA i forget which one investigates cops. lol. I am being silly don't mind me.
