For those who consider homsexuality as a orientation/choice, i have to say this:

My childhood was one of the most beautiful ones which ever cud be, full of love and care, attention and happiness. I have not been through the so called 'circumstances at a young age' nor had anyone forced me to have sex. Then why I am a homosexual? I just knew what I liked and it was as natural to me as the change-in-my-voice during my puberty.

I still cant believe that why then is it labled as a choice? had it been a choice then why would in one's sane mind "choose" to be a homosexual when ones reigion/society/community is so much against it??

Why do people need to judge others by whom they sleep with in the confines of their own bedrooms! They should take a long hard look at themselves at the times they are enjoying the pleasures of sex and think if they'd like to be judged by their 'performance-skills' or their choice or partner/s??? and then lift a finger at others.

As far as Homosexuality being good or bad is concerned it is as good or as bad as the individual's self.

It is obviously good for those who believe themselves to be homosexuals whereas it is bad for the rest of us. Honestly I don't understand why the people fail to realise that when psychiatrists themselves are saying that homosexuality is not natural , rather it is an orientation which one tends to develop specially at a young age due to various factors. It can be treated through proper conselling and will power on part of the person in question. Will power to believe that no it is not normal and that I can get out of this emotional and psychological mess. As far as religions are concerned both CHRISTIANITY and ISLAM abhor it and ALLAH has declared a severe punishment on the day of judgement for all those who indulge in it. I can give you one simple logic to understand that it is not something normal or god-gifted and you don't need to have neuton's brains to understand this. If homosexuality is so normal and was always a part of human nature then why is it that both the men involved do not see themselves as people of same sex in love , rather one of them plays a part of a female in this concocted relationship. Why? Does'nt this mean that somewhere even these homosexuals recognize only one format of human relationships, the one which exists between man and woman?

I don't think it can really be classified as a good or bad thing. I mean is it a good thing to be strait or is it a good thing to be a girl. In my opinion it is neither a plus in life nor a negative. It to me is just simply a part of you and what makes a person who they are. So I guess I can only say it I guess it is not a bad thing, and that the most important thing is staying true to you.

Being a practicing homosexual is a death penalty to all your coming generations. If one of your ancestors at any point was a practicing homosexual person, you would not be born. Committing deliberate "murder" of all your genes and denying life to anyone who will come in your lineage when you are yourself a beneficiary of many generations of life is a travesty of justice and the height of selfishness.

I know most people do not think in those terms. But just because they do not think about it does not make it so. Many call Hitler names for killing the innocent. But the same people in many cases kill the innocent without even realizing they are no less than Hitler or any of the other tyrants who destroy life.

I hope this makes sense. In more pragmatic terms, if you know your grandfather and presume he would not have any children....... then look around how many lives in your very family would not exist.

Ironically the same is true for those who choose to become priests. They choose to deny life to not only their own potential children, but all those who will come in the lineage of their children. That, in a way is worse than being a homosexual, as the spiritually good people choose the path of priesthood. When they do not have any children, they have denied some good people a good father, a good husband and a good grandfather, on top of letting their genes to die off. Not ONE person alive today is the legitimate child of a Catholic priest on this Earth. If you think about it, that is a powerful statement!!
