Speak to the manager on duty & find out who to contact if you have any questions, since you are just starting. A good manager will have plenty of help for you on your 1st day. Hope your shift is later on in the day when "Black Friday" crowds have cooled off. Good luck!!

id assume that you wouldnt need to offer them things like that. Just relax and explain what the computers and appliances do. and even if you do, only do it if there thinking about buying something hard. Just ask the guy in charge about extra offers.

Don't worry. Lots of places do on the job training by letting you learn from your co workers. They won't expect you to come in already knowing exactly what you're supposed to do.

Relax! Things will be fine. I am sure they are not going to leave you completely on your own for the first day. Just do what you were hired to do and don't be afraid to ask someone who has worked there longer for assistance.

You will be fine as long as you have the right attitude and show a willingness to learn from your boss and coworkers. You will be amazed how much you will learn after being there a couple days.
