You need to make an inventory of organizations serving people in Sri Lanka. For instance, UNDP and UNICEF most certainly have programs there. Probably the World Food Programme, OxFam, World Vision and Save the Children as well. Use the Internet to find the contact information for the Sri Lankan field offices of these and other NGOs. Then contact them about how you can put these two families in touch with them to see if they can benefit from their services, and if they can refer them to other organizations as well.
