I ran 1 mile at a slow pace but the next day my lower ribs started hurting and now they are still hurting after two day. Anyone know why that could be?

I have experienced something similar quite a few times.

In my case though, it happens only if I work out after a break...or more than usual.

It may also happen when you do something physically strenuous (like lift/move heavy stuff etc).

Basically its coz your body isn't used to that level of exertion (yes, even if it was a mile run, at a slow pace)

A long soak/bath in hot water helps :P
Your body should get over it in a couple more days!

Simple , beacuse it is in lower and somthing is on it
let ur uper ribs cut than u will fees relex this method is used by me when i was on Earth due to this i received the Houner of living in Heaven
