why is my family acting so weird around me today?

well you know it was thanksgiving and its a time for family! well my grandparents came down and my brother visited. but everything i said they got mad at/ proved me wrong. and its like why are you trying to make me feel bad about myself? and then my mom got mad at me like every minute. and my sister was pissed at me. then i just stayed in my room and heard them laughing and having a good time but when i came out they were immediately quiet and stopped laughing. and then i said something about being excited to go shopping tomorrow and my mom seriously sighed. and then i went back in my room to and said i was going to sleep early and when i was back in my room they were all laughing. its so weird. its like they hate me. i cant wait until i can legally move out. but what should i do in the mean time?

no i dont act like i am better than them ever. in fact its most def. the other way around.

Look why don`t you turn this question the other way around? I mean, take a minute and think about all the things that makes you act weird in your family. I don`t think that they hate you, even if they laughed and had a great time at your absence... Or the other thing you can do, is to go to your mom and ask her what she thinks could be going wrong around you? I mean it worth the try. The solution is not getting rid of the problem, not waiting until you legally can move out, but fronting it and solving it. The problems will not disappear just because you`ll move out...

Maybe it has something to do with your personality. Try assessing your personality characteristics. You may be one of those people that present themselves as if they think that they are better than others, or there may be some other problem.
