I recently completed a painting on canvas in which I used permanent marker designs on top of acrylic paint. I was wondering if there was a way to keep the marker from fading away. Any kinds of products that will preserve the designs?

Most markers and made from dyes and they will fade. The UV rays of light causes the dyes to fade. A pigment based make rt (paint markers) will not fade because they are made from early pigments. So the answer is NO. But keep it out of direct light and it will help.
