why do people have their pubic hair when they grow up.
what is its purpose?

Supposedly it has to do with attracting the opposite sex.
Pubic and underarm hair are both located at "crotches" in the body where many sweat glands are. Sweat has pheromones etc., and the hair acts as a way to disperse it into the air. Kinda like those air diffusers.

well, in today's prudish society where we all seem to be compelled to cover our bodies with clothing, the pubic hair really serves mo more than a decorative (or the opposite effect) purpose.
However in less conservative times, when men were free of clothing, the pubic hair was there to protect sensitive bits from cold and sun. And if you ever get a sunburn down there, you will know how much that can hurt - hehe.
Though in those days, the hair covering was more akin to fur than what we see on people's pubic regions today (with some exxceptions of course).

There is no great purpose to pubic hair. Scientists have theorized that pubic hair serves several purposes: it acts as a lubricant during intercourse, it is a sign of maturity, it traps pheromones, and it acts as a hygienic barrier keeping things out.

There's no purpose to pubic hair just like there's no reason for body or underarm hair... it's just part of evolution when body hair was crucial for surviving the cold, and so was pubic hair.

its just a normal part of growing up,when ur young u dont have much or u might not have any at all,thats when ur just a lil immature and ready for sex,but when u get older ur pubic hair grows and its the time where ur more mature and ur body is ready for sex..
