It depends on what kind of mood Im in. If I dont want to get real drunk I will drink red wine. If Im at a bar and I dont care to be there I will drink beer (out of a bottle) Sometimes I drink white russians sometimes I drink bloody mary's. When I first turned 21 I would drink vodka and cranberry juice. When Im at a bar and I dont feel like drinking alcohal I will order a midori sour or a shirley temple.

Depends on where you go.

Water is of course good wherever it is.

But, for dining out, you can have wine, beer , fruit juices, any beverage you fancy, subject to the your budget and your liking.

At some diners, you can always get the waiter to recommend it with the food you are ordering.

Beer or Vodka with tonic during the day. Whisky and soda or rum and coke at night.

Quality whiskey, tequila and cognac. White Russians and Martinis. Guinness or micro-brew for beer. Wine doesn't really matter to me as long as it isn't too cheap.
