well, i know this guy who likes my friend. she likes him too. i saw his phone number at work and i gave it to her. she wants to know if she could call him or would it be considered harassment since he never gave it to her, but i just found it.
he really likes her, we all know it..but he is so scared to talk to her. she wants to talk to him really bad, but he is far away. do u think its ok if she phones him..or would he think she is weird and a stalker. please let me know. my friend really likes this guy but they r so shy. i dont wanna give her bad advice.

one call is not harassment --- if he says no and the calls keep coming is getting a bit worrying ---- 30 or 40 an hour is harassment ---- call him --- i know i did not mind when it happened to me ---- have fun

It wouldn't be considered harassment. Why don't you just ask the guy in question if he'd mind her calling him? If he does like her but is shy, he'd probably appreciate her taking the initiative.
But seriously, it's never a good idea to give out someone's number to a third party without consulting that person first. It wouldn't be harassment if she did call him but he might consider you to have invaded his privacy ever just a little. And think how humiliated she will feel if she does call and he doesn't want to hear from her. That hot mortification lasts, and she may well blame you for giving the number in the first place.

Why don't you phone him and have your friend with you, then you can casually mention her and if necessary put her on the line. You could say that you wanted to talk to him about something that you both like, and just drop her name into the conversation.
