No they're natures way of letting you live vicariously, most the time it seems more like a kick about 24 inches higher and centred.

Oh no! That would be much to easy. It is more like knocking the snot out of you and somehow making you grateful that you are going through this harrowing life experience. Parents have been known to get an adoring smile frozen into their countenance that makes it almost impossible to chastise a child effectively. Take heart, Son. Grandkids make up for everything!

My dear little sister is finding this out.
She was a TERRIBLE teen. Drove the family nuts
Her daughter is 16 and the Rule of Three is definately holding true in her case.

No, their God's gift to the world. It's hard when you're raising them, to realize this, but just watch 'em sometime's. They're really amazing! And yes, hair pulling, give you ulcers too, but it can be worth it! Remember, you're the one they get their answers from, depend on, trust.
