EACH TIME i GET A PAGE UP?

and move the mouse ,im getting ,cd rom, roxio music,media creater 8> its driving me nuts ,how can i fix this please , preferably in easy steps ,thanks pals

Do a virus scan on your updated system.

Jess are you updated a 12 month Service on say Norton costs £40/50 and is is important that you have it regularly updated and once you have it ainstalled you get a remonder each week for updates. depending how you have set your computer this will happen when you say so or automatically. This lasts for a year when you have to update.

You may have just bought your computer in the last 12 months so get the free updates and then run your scan if you are out of date get a know one and then scan. it might not be this but if it is you have cracked it. Best wishes.
