I would seek out the assistance of a professional -- like a psych! I would let him know in no uncertain terms that his behavior is legally and morally intolerable and will cause harm to the child that will last a lifetime. I would let him know, also, that you are tempted to have him castrated! I would make sure that there is no way that he can possibly be alone with children ever again. Tell him how angry and disappointed you are with him and that, when he's about 80 years old and has proven that he can be trusted, that maybe, just maybe, he can regain your trust. Check into the possibility of putting him into juvenile detention for a while, of course, he may be sentenced to that anyway. He is your son, and it may be hard to do, but turn him in. Talk to your local sheriff or police and maybe you can get him on a tour of a prison and he can find out from prisoners directly what happens to child molesters. God Bless you and the little girl and her family. You all need it.

I would definatly seek psychological help for the child. If he is doing things such as this there is most likely an underlying problem that needs to be addressed. Also try explaining to him the longterm damaging effects that this could have on not only the little girl but on him as well. Good luck.

I'm not sure how you "personally" molest someone in addition to legally. Molestation is horrible PERIOD. I would be very scared for my son thinking he has some mental issues that would make him think that doing something like that was actually ok! I would immediately seek psychiatric counseling for him so he could talk to a therapist and solve anything he's going through including guilt.

Yeah you have to call the police, but you have to find out whats going on with him - is it an underlying problem or is he going to continue to be a danger to children in any way shape or form in the future

I would turn him in, tell them to throw away the key, and forget I ever had him. Then I would cry for a long time.

I would straight away call the police and turn him in, as hard as it would be,as a parent, that is something you could not turn a blind eye to.

Therapy and find out why he was doing it. That is after calling the police and praying they don't try him as an adult.

I would turn my own kid into the police. Hard but true. I did not raise him to do things like that.
